Our Lifelong Guarantee covers all manufacturing defects or premature failures. Examples of issues that are covered under warranty: -Broken snaps, buttons, grommets, or zippers -Sewing errors (misaligned pockets, premature failure of seams, incorrectly attached buttons, button hole failure) -Premature fabric failure that's not a result of cuts, abrasion, or snagging -Issues related to fabric dye (inconsistent colors or stains on arrival) Examples of issues that are NOT covered under warranty: -Damage resulting from standard wear & tear: i.e. if you wear the same pants for years straight and the fabric starts to discolor or tear in high wear areas. -Damage resulting from cuts, abrasion, snagging, or burning: i.e. if you fall off your motorcycle and put a hole through your pants. -Damage resulting from improper washing of garments: i.e. you ignored our specific wash instructions and put a waxed canvas jacket in the washer and dry it on hot. Every Devium style you buy (or get as a gift or permanently borrow from a friend) is covered under Lifelong – because our goal is for you to be a customer for that long. Our promise is to Make It Right, whatever the issue, taking into consideration how long you’ve had it, and what type of style it is. Yes, your 100% North Carolina-grown cotton tees are covered, and so is your waxed canvas jacket. (And we count on the fairness of our customers to know the difference in the life expectancy of both ends of the spectrum.)
