** 2026 Update: If you have an original pair, keep these updates in mind when ordering! We've upgraded our fabric with an ultra-tough USA Woven 11oz stretch canvas. This material has slightly less stretch than the former fabric, for extra durability. We've refined the fit thanks to your valuable feedback. The waist is slightly smaller and more true to size. We also added sizes 31 and 33.  The fabric is now hot washed and sanforized for minimal shrinkage compared to your original Proper Pants. 

Many years in the making, the Proper Work Pant has been a carefully considered act of love. We combined work pant tradition with only the finest American Made materials, and a few extra bells and whistles to boot. The 11oz stretch basket weave canvas ensures durability with flexibility, and extra-strong bar tacks replace those annoying rivets that dig into your skin. 

We worked with real tradesmen (who also skate) to ensure this pant doesn’t miss a beat. It started with the classic double-knee silhouette and snowballed into the best work pant you'll ever put on. Hammer loop on the right side? Check. Drill loop, knife clip zone, pencil pocket, rear pocket that fits a speed square? Yup, it’s got all that too. Oh, did we mention it's 100% Made in the USA --fabrics, trims and even the specialty industrial strength thread?
